Operational director of OKKO Olena Voroshylo took part in a conference dedicated to customer experience during the New usual. The meeting "CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CONFERENCE: Focus on adaptation" took place on September 29 in online format.

Olena Voroshylo together with EVA Marketing Director Anna Hryshyna, COMFY Sales Director Tetyana Vasylenko, Dobrobut Clinic Marketing Director Anna Shved and Allo Customer Experience Officer Oleg-Zhan Daskalu participated in the panel discussion "Ukrainian customer experience in New usual conditions», they discussed the challenges that customer experience faced this year, and what reasons motivates or demotivates people working in service teams.
