Our flagship project, GORO Mountain Resort, is Ukraine’s first all-season mountain resort with a world-class integrated concept and the broadest palette of impressions, services, and attractions. It is the largest recreational project in the Lviv Carpathians from OKKO Group.

GORO Development is responsible for concept creation, construction, functional and recreational facilities and guest experiences of the resort's hotel infrastructure and attracting private investments.

As an investment and development company, GORO Development manages the largest integrated portfolio of resort hotel real estate in Ukraine: 25 hotels, 5,150 rooms, and a total capacity of 13,000 guests per day.
