OKKO Group plans to double natural gas sales in 2020

In 2019, the OKKO Group holding sold 135 million cubic meters of natural gas to Ukrainian consumers. This is 4.5 times more than in the previous year. This year, the holding intends to further increase its market share, doubling sales.

Last year, the main buyers of natural gas from OKKO were small and medium-sized businesses (approximately 50% of total sales), sugar factories (27%) and budget organizations (13%). A significant part of these volumes was sold within the forward program of cooperation with the agro-industrial complex, which is being developed by OKKO Group. It consists in the fact that material and technical resources are provided to farmers in advance, and they are calculated by the products of the future harvest.

About a third of the gas sold by the holding is directly imported from Western Europe, the rest is a resource purchased from Ukrainian producers or traders. In the future, depending on the price situation and delivery conditions, this proportion may be changed/
