OKKO COMPANY - WINNER OF THE AWARD ‘HR BRAND-2022”

On October 27^th there were announced online the winners of “HR Brand-2022” Award. Our project in social networks and messengers - community "Decent Work in Ukraine" - won the nomination "HR Marketing in Action".

Totally more than 40 projects of Ukrainian companies were presented in the online marathon "Employers’ experience in the wartime: cases of nominees “HR Brand-2022” Award. The expert jury that chose the winners had highly valued the relevance of the project, modernity of implementation methods, efficiency and effectiveness of OKKO's own job resource.

“Our team, in this way, got a new recruiting channel, which helped OKKO to close quickly vacancies in a short time. Then it grew into vacancies aggregator from more than 150 verified employers, and starting from 2021 Facebook community went beyond usual job search place and organically grew into an educational platform and a real community for professionals, - says OKKO HR Director Yevgenia Kuzmynska. The community "Decent Work in Ukraine" has its mission: developed labor-market in Ukraine – its competitive employees and happy employers. Today, the community has more than 37’000 subscribers, 130+ experts have joined for content creation, information is presented through the five channels: Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Telegram, and recently on YouTube."

We remind that the Award “HR-brand Ukraine” is an independent authoritative annual award for the most successful projects in the sphere of personnel management. The award has an all-Ukrainian scope and it unites all business branches. The task of the Award is to highlight, evaluate and popularize the best HR practices and innovative solutions in working with human capital; and to gather unique business experience in working with people in wartime conditions.
