Jan 18, 2024

During 2023, clients of OKKO network brought 215.7 tons of humanitarian aid (clothes, shoes, bed linen). The items were guided to the needs of temporarily displaced people from Luhansk, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, as well as to the charity centers in Odesa, Kyiv, Lviv, Zaporizhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, which distribute the goods among homeless, displaced people or people in need in the de-occupied territories. This aid also received people in need in Zhovti Vody and Piatykhatky and  children from temporary displaced families in Andriyashivska village community (Zhytomyr region), etc.

We remind that, suitable used items can be left in special containers in 6 cities of Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia) at 26 fuel stations of OKKO network. The relevant list of containers can be found on OKKO website.

"The project, which OKKO has been already maintaining for 10 years, gained its special importance during the war. We thank all customers for helping people who are now in acute need" said YAROSLAVA POLYAKOVA, HEAD OF OKKO'S CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT.

The company implements this project together with partners - charity and non-profitable public organizations "Emaus-Olesya", "Ukraine without Borders", "Good Samaritan", "Green Ray", that deal with collecting, sorting and distributing things among requiring help.
