The merger of Sapsan and Effort groups of companies

In April a significant event took place:  the merger of two powerful security agencies, namely Sapsan group and Efort group of companies.

Both security structures made the joint decision to merge because of the need for consolidation of strategies for further sustainable development of security services in the western region of Ukraine. Through the merger the companies seek to combine experience, stability and reliability with the potential and skills of both security structures that both has more than 10 years of experience  in the security services market.

The companies will continue to ensure the efficient and high-quality provision of security services for their clients with new capacities and capabilities.
