REFUEL AND BUY GOODS EVEN FASTER: SELF-SERVICE CASH DESKS ARE ALREADY AVAILABLE AT 97 OKKO FILLING STATIONS

Self-service cash desks are already working at 97 OKKO filling stations - you can now refuel and pay for the purchased goods yourself.

As of the end of February, 97 OKKO filling stations have installed two-side cash registers that operate in self-service mode and significantly speed up the process of servicing the network's customers. Here, guests can pay for fuel, food and drinks from the cafe or goods from the store using all forms of cashless payments - bank cards, FISHKA points, fuel cards and coupons.

“Our guests really appreciate their time and availability of different payment methods. That is why, in addition to the traditional cash register, our filling stations offer the possibility to pay for fuel and non-fuel products through OKKO Pay, and additionally, the largest complexes have self-service terminals and two-side cash registers. The feature of the latter is that they can operate both as traditional cash registers, with a cashier, and in self-service mode. We are constantly investing in the service quality, researching demand and modern technologies on the market and, if they meet the needs of our customers, implementing them. This was the case with the two-side cash registers, first we tested them at 21 filling stations in Kyiv and Lviv, received a lot of positive feedback and as a result began to scale them in the largest filling stations throughout Ukraine both at city and highway stations,” SAID OLENA VOROSHYLO, OKKO'S CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER.

We’d like to remind that last summer OKKO launched a new service of ready-to-eat meals purchase at its filling stations - OKKO Drive.  Now drivers do not need to get out of the car to order food and drinks from the cafe or store. Today, OKKO Drive is already available at 5 filling stations, 4 of which are in Lviv.
