The President and Supervisory Board Chairman of Concern Galnaftogaz, Vitaly Antonov, was ranked seventh among the innovative leaders by Leadership Journey magazine and the consulting company Nobles Fortune. The compilers of the rating noted such company’s main achievements as OKKO Pay service, the installation of solar power stations at the filling stations, the active launch of new businesses - resort and recreational activities and corporate catering.
Innovation leaders of the rating were determined among owners and managers of Ukrainian companies from different fields of activity, whose annual turnover is not less than UAH 1 billion. 92 businessmen entered the rating’s long list, and 35 made it to the final list.
Places in the ranking were distributed according to the results of a survey of experts conducted in August-September 2018. Each expert received a questionnaire and assessed applicants according to 4 criteria: innovative approaches to managing business processes; innovative product of the company; scale of innovation; manager’s reputation. Having received marks from all experts, the jury derived the average score for each of the candidates and, accordingly, the place in the rating.
