OKKO NETWORK ALREADY GRANTED OVER UAH 1.3 BILLION TO THE ARMED FORCES AND ON COUNTRY RECOVERY SINCE BEGINNING OF INVASION

From the first days of the war, OKKO network determined that support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine is one of its priority directions. In total, the company's contribution in assistance to the Armed Forces and recovery of the country as of January 2024 has amounted to more than UAH 1.3 billion. In January, together with Uklon, the company launched an inclusive class of cars in Lviv. Also, the third joint project with "COME BACK Alive" is going to start already in February, aiming to strengthen the airbone assault forces.

"Independently and in partnership with the foundation, our company implemented a number of projects to help the military with weapons, intelligence complexes, vehicles, ambulances and fuel. We approach to this issue in a comprehensive and systematic manner, as participating in a random mode will not solve the issue. We truly understand on whom depends the fate of our country and, as a conscious company with a clear civil position, we started our assistance from the first days of the war and continue to do so today," SAID VASYL DANYLYAK, CEO OF OKKO.

Thus, 25 intelligence complexes "SHARK" have already been handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, funds for the purchase of which were accumulated within the framework of a joint initiative - "OKO za OKO" ("EYE FOR AN EYE") conducted together with "COME BACK ALIVE" foundation.

Thereafter, the company and the foundation set themselves the task to provide all Territorial defense brigades with mortars, grenade launchers and machine guns in joint initiative "OKO za OKO: Arm TDF to the teeth". Within the framework of this program there have been accumulated 400 million hryvnias targeted on infantry weapons. The entire amount of machine guns – 200 pieces - is already working on the front line, mortars and grenade launchers are delivered in batches directly as they are manufactured. We remind, that for these initiatives, OKKO transferred a part of funds from each sold liter of Pulls brand fuel. The same system would operate in the new campaign, which starts in February.

Also, OKKO helped to close the money raise of "COME BACK ALIVE" initiative "TDF’S LONG ARMS" by transferring UAH 48 million, as this program aimed purchase of reconnaissance-strike complexes with mortars.  Then OKKO made a contribution of $95,000 for the purchase of MEDEVAC medical evacuation helicopters, one of which is already saving the lives of soldiers.

Since March 2022 until now the program "Warm the defenders" has been operating at front-line fuel stations. The soldiers are treated free of charge with hot beverages (coffee, tea) and hot dogs. During this time, the company has already made 4.3 million cups of coffee and 2.5 million hot dogs.

In addition to the assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, OKKO participated in the reconstruction of socially important objects after de-occupation of Kyiv region and Chernihiv region, provided emergency fuel for the liquidation of the consequences of Kakhovskaya HPP explosion, and during 1,5 year provided free fuel to volunteers for the evacuation and transportation of humanitarian cargo.
