OKKO is in the TOP of the best employers in Ukraine

Edition "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest" together with delo.ua annually prepare a rating of the best employers in Ukraine. 2020 is no exception.

The new TOP-100 magazine presents successful cases on how companies build an employer's brand: manage human capital, develop, train and motivate staff. OKKO took 7th place in the ranking of the best employers in Ukraine. Among OKKO's achievements, the compilers rated the staff training system, the Career Elevator staff development program, the free health insurance program, the availability of special discounts in Fishka's national loyalty program, and compensation for rent to employees from other cities. The experts also noted the work of the Griffon Room, which works on the principle of a kindergarten in the company's central office in Lviv and allows employees to comfortably combine family and work with young children.

The long list includes more than 140 companies, among which the best were selected. The general assessment consisted of readers' voting on the Delo.ua website, an expert jury and editorial board, who paid attention to the company's positioning in the labor market, promoting an attractive employer image, the company's reputation, financial solvency, social responsibility programs, and educational programs for employee development.
