"Forbes Ukraine" publication and job site work.ua have announced a rating of the country's best employers during wartime. The company took 28th place in it.
For the third year in a row, the network has been recognized as one of the best employers in Ukraine and this year significantly improved its last year's result - ascending for 6 stairs of the rating.
The ranking was formed on the basis of a survey among employees and employers according to 9 criteria: brand, remuneration, working conditions, social package, contribution to victory, information openness, feeling of protection, opportunities for development, other factors. This year's survey became the largest since the rating was compiled first - the organizers received about 28,000 questionnaires from employees of various companies, which is more than 25% of all employed people in Ukraine.
According to 9 indicators evaluated by employees, OKKO network scored the maximum number of points in sections: working conditions (11 out of 15 possible), information openness (8 out of 10), feeling of protection (5 out of 5), opportunities for development (4 out of 5), contribution in victory (9 out of 10).
