OKKO - at TOP-35 of the best HR-teams of Ukraine

According to the magazine Leadership Journey, OKKO filling complexes network, headed by the HR-director of the company, Tetyana Kulik, entered the Top 35 in Ukraine. In making the rating, the publication considered 5 main criteria: the quality of corporate culture, corporate education and development in the company, the impact of CSR-direction on staff, innovation in the field of management and the strength of HR-brand of the employer.

In total, over 80 HR teams of Ukraine and their leaders entered the long-list of the study, among which experts identified the 35 leaders. Among the main achievements of OKKO network, the magazine draws attention to the project "Career Elevator", the work of the corporate children's play room "Gryfonchiki", the regular review of the size of material rewards in line with trends in the labor market, etc.
