In the second quarter of 2023, OKKO collected almost 65 tons of used items, and more than 109 tons in total were collected in the first half of the year. The collected things were handed over for the needs of the temporary displaced people from city of Lysychansk, Kherson and Mykolaiv region, internal migrants and the low-income people in Odesa, Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, as well as to support centers for the homeless and socially vulnerable in Lviv.
At the moment there are 26 special containers installed directly at the fuel stations of OKKO network in 6 cities - Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv and Zaporizhia. All addresses of active containers can be found on the company's website. In addition to clothes and shoes, you can also leave bed linen there. These things do not have to be new or in perfect condition, the main idea is that they are clean and still can serve other people.
We remind, that OKKO implements this charitable project in cooperation with volunteer organizations - "Emaus-Oselya", "Ukraine without borders" and "Good Samaritan". Partners of this initiative sort and distribute things free of charge to those in need.
