OKKO AND "COME BACK ALIVE": 25 RESERVE UAVS FOR SHARK INTELLIGENCE COMPLEXES

The initiators of "OKO ZA OKO" initiative - OKKO fuel network and "COME BACK ALIVE" foundation — received all 25 reserve UAVs for the SHARK reconnaissance complexes from the manufacturer "Ukrspetssystems".

These "birds" should replace drones lost in tasks of already working air reconnaissance complexes of the Defense Forces. These 25 pieces were purchased in advance to avoid delays in case of immenent equipment losses.

"The UAVs themselves can serve from one flight to several months of active use. At the same time, the ground control station, the catapult and the set of protective equipment —makes the most of the cost of SHARK complex — remains and continues to work. Only lost air vehicle needs to be replaced," EXPLAINED "COME BACK ALIVE" FOUNDATION.

A total of 325 million hryvnias was accumulated within the framework of "OKO ZA OKO" initiative for the purchase of 25 "SHARK" intelligence complexes. We remind that as part of the project, the network transferred 1 hryvnia from each sold liter of branded Pulls fuel for the purchase of complexes. Now 19 of them are working on the front line. The last 6 SHARKS will soon also be put into service of the Armed Forces. This equipment gives opportunity to track the movements of enemies, adjust effective artillery fire and perform a number of other combat tasks.

Each reconnaissance complex "SHARK" includes an off-road car Torsus Terrastorm from Pulsar Expo equipped with a control panel, a launcher and two UAVs with a wingspan of 3.4 meters, able to work up to 4 hours in the air. They are resistant to EW systems and can perform adaptive target tracking even at an object speed of 100 km/h. In addition, within the framework of the "OKO ZA OKO" initiative, 25 pieces of drones were ordered as a reserve: in order to replace these lost in combat missions, as was mentioned above.
