By 2020, OKKO plans to equip more than 300 of its filling stations with electric chargers. OKKO's partner in the expansion of the network of chargers will be the company TOKA - one of the leaders in the software and servicing of electric chargers in the Ukrainian market.
"Our network was the first in Ukraine in 2012 to establish a point for charging electric vehicles at filling stations. Now we have 41 devices in 11 regions. Most of them are installed on the highway complexes, - said Vasyl Dmitriv, Marketing Director of the company. - In 2018, the sales of electric cars in Ukraine grew more than 2 times in comparison with last year's statistics. Such a dynamics will be maintained, and is likely to intensify, given the extension of the preferential import of electric vehicles to the country. The step of our company is quite logical - to make this service accessible at most of our filling stations ".
In two years OKKO network plans to install usual 3-phase chargers with power of 22 kW, as well as high-speed "fast-chargers", capable of 80% charge of Nissan Leaf* electric vehicle just in 20 minutes. Such charge is enough for 100 kilometers of mileage, after which the energy supply can be replenished at the next OKKO filling station.
Thanks to the mobile application, the owners of electric cars will be able to see in online mode the actual status of each charging device: whether it is free, whether there is a maintenance, the power of the device.
