Concern Khlibprom’s unit for frozen semi-ready products successfully passed the supervisory and certification audit and the compliance of the food safety management system has been confirmed as meeting the requirements of ISO 22000: 2005. BUREAU VERITAS Certification, accredited by the UKAS Accreditation Body (UK) for carrying out the assessment of compliance of safety management systems, presented the company a certificate of compliance with international standards and transparency for all of the company’s processes. This audit also allowed the unit to expand its certification further to the fillings production unit.
In addition, in 2017, the unit successfully passed audits from two potential partners, which are national retail networks, and received over 85 points of the possible 100. As the Head of Quality Management at Concern Khlibprom, Natalia Skochilyas noted that this is a high indicator, considering that partners use standards that are sometimes even higher than ISO.
"All units will pass certification for compliance with HACCP international requirements,’ says Natalia Skochilyas. “We have been working actively in this direction for two years. The 80% certification is in compliance with GHP and GMP requirements (Good Hygiene Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices), which extends even to the company’s adjacent territory. These include the internal control of all production processes and compliance with procedures, supplier audits, and traceability with the possibility of withdrawing shipped products from the market. For domestic companies, compliance with these programs often means rebuilding facilities, their new design, separating flows of raw materials, personnel, and finished products, etc."
The "Yavormlin” flour-grinding complex also successfully passed an audit by a trading partner in 2017. Last year, it also received a certificate of compliance with ISO 22000. This is already the company’s second unit, which is certified in accordance with international standards.
