Top managers of Concern Khlibprom took part in the first meeting of the direction “Women's Power” of the “People Need People” project of the National Rehabilitation Center UNBROKEN, which will be implemented in medical institutions in Ukraine.

"Women's Power” aims to support mothers, wives, sisters, and partners of wounded soldiers and civilians, as these women are the greatest support for men during their treatment and recovery, but the women often forget about their own needs. In this project, women meet interesting people and each other, share their stories in a safe circle, and also attend art therapy classes altogether, practice sports and discuss beauty and art, participate in Beauty Days and brunches. All with the sole purpose of getting a chance to distract themselves from difficulties, feel supported and cared for.

The participants of the event met Ukrainian celebrity TAYANNA. The participants got acquainted with each other, told their stories, and TAYANNA shared her own experience of emotions and methods that help her to control herself in anxious moments.

"When a woman feels like everything is bad, only a woman can understand her and give her the support that she needs. Just with a word or a hug. I want to share my experience with those women who now need it so much." - the singer explained her participation in the project.

“Among the top management of Concern Khlibprom, 50% are women, and we are here to pass on our knowledge, ability to stand up and move forward despite everything, even in the most difficult time,”said Olena Dmyterko, HR and Public Relations Director at Concern Khlibprom, sharing the purpose of the project.

But the most important thing is that all the participants liked this initiative: "I would like to see more such events for women, as they are very useful. Usually, all the attention is devoted to men, but we need help too,” said one of the participants, wife of the soldier.
