Head of Concern Khlibprom is the leader of the rating "TOP-300 best managers of Ukraine"!

Vladislav Averchenko, General director of Concern Khlibprom PJSC, entered the list of leaders of the "TOP-300 best managers of Ukraine" rating, becoming 2nd in the ranking of agricultural sector managers and 17th in the overall ranking of TOP managers of the country in 2018.

According to Delo magazine, the contest organizer, the list of TOP managers was formed basing on the TOP-100 rating of the largest production and service companies of Ukraine 2017 for further evaluation. The final list includes the CEO of the largest companies of Ukraine in terms of income in 19 industries. Totally 300 top mamangers from different industries took part in the rating.

Each participant's final score was influenced by three grades. 50% of final score were company’s net sales over the past year, 30% - assessment of top managers by 10 profile HR experts according to criteria such as personal, innovative and corporate efficiency, and 20% - votes of Delo.UA readers for the TOP- managers during online voting.
