An important project "Efficiency as a culture of high results", embodied in our Company in 2023, was recognized by an independent professional and respected award as the best among the projects of more than 60 authoritative participants in the nomination: Company cultural code.

The experience of Khlibprom Concern in the right combination of a management system for achieving goals to increase efficiency, growth of the business and the people working in it, all this gives possibility to create a culture of transparent evaluation of results, motivation of each employee on his own level to better performance. To become better not in comparison with another employee, but with yourself, with your own results of the previous period. After the implementation of the project, only one quarter has passed, but it has already shown its effectiveness, and from now on it has gained recognition among the Ukrainian HR community!
