The HR Director of OKKO is in the top twenty in the country

The best personnel managers of Ukraine were selected by experts from more than 150 participants. The rating of TOP-30 HR-directors is published in a new publication of the magazine "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest”.

The rating is formed as a generalized result of data from three different sources - reader voting on the site delo.ua, editorial board assessments and assessments of market experts who noted the quality of internal communications, corporate education, social programs in HR and innovative solutions in personnel management.

Tetiana Kulyk, HR-Director of OKKO, took 19th place according to the general assessment of experts. In communication with the publication, Tetiana Kulyk spoke about the landmark projects implemented in the company: automation with the help of the SAP system of all HP-processes - personnel administration, remuneration, training and recruitment; free medical insurance program for all employees of OKKO filling complexes network, implemented in the company in 2019, which covers the widest possible range of medical services and amounts to 100,000 UAH for each employee. In addition, the HR director noted that in order to train staff, the company conducts webinars, training programs, distance learning courses, and in modern conditions of "permanent quarantine" actively develops online training. The HR department is also working on an employer brand management program, a large-scale project aimed at both current employees and applicants.
