The loyalty program Fishka, initiated and operated by the OKKO filling stations network, is recognized as the most profitable for drivers. This is a conclusion of analysts from the Institute of Consumer Expertise, an independent research organization. They examined the loyalty programs of the nine largest fuel-filling companies in Ukraine.
The programs were compared by 5 key criteria:
Each each of these criteria was awarded with the corresponding number of points. The Fishka program scored 41 points out of 45 possible, overtaking the nearest competitor by 5 points. Details of the study results are avaliable on the Institute of Consumer Expertise’s website by this link.
As the main advantages of the Fishka program, the experts highly appreciated the offer of permanent personal discounts and offers for customers and the possibility to accumulate and spend points not only at OKKO filling stations, but also in 1,500 retail outlets of the program partners (the supermarkets Furshet, the electronics shops Allo, the cosmetics shops Prostor, the children's products shops House Of Toys, the mobile network lifecell, car service centers, banks, insurance companies, etc.).
In addition, a wide range of opportunities for car owvers and drivers is provided by the Fishka mobile application. It helps them not only to collect and spend points, monitor their balance, but also use the modern service OKKO Pay, which allows them to buy fuel, washers, coffee, without even goings to the cashier, but directly from the dispenser or coffee machine.
"The Fishka card is the most multifunctional tool from all existing analogues, - the study authors sum up. -Thanks to the discounts provided on the Fishka discount card, it's even more cost-effective to buy fuel at OKKO than at other operators that initially offer a lower price, but which offer minimum bonuses or even no bonuses at all."
